Jacobs Plantation is a private hunting destination in southeast Georgia offering guided quail hunts, driven pheasant and chukar, continental shoots, bass fishing, and skeet shooting. Jacobs Plantation has been passed down through generations and has been managed and hunted since 1840.
The Jacobs family has cared for these grounds for generations, keeping the habitat right and the experience authentic.

What's included in a guided hunt?
Every hunt includes a professional guide who knows the land, the birds, and how to put you on them.
What license do I need?
Every hunter needs:
- A valid Georgia Shooting Preserve License or Georgia Standard Hunting License
- A signed Release of Liability Waiver
Is lodging available?
Yes. Lodging can be added to any hunt for $250 per night, with meals included. To book lodging, call us at 912-276-8672.
Can you host corporate or large groups?
Absolutely. We build custom packages for corporate outings, client entertainment, and large groups. Tell us your group size and dates, and we'll put together a package that fits.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
A 25% deposit on your hunt package is due at booking. Lodging and the remaining balance are due 15 business days before your hunt. Deposits are nonrefundable, but if you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to another hunt within the same calendar year.
